The Building a Greener Future Together project pilot education innovation built to address Indigenous gender inequalities in the sustainable construction industry. The project team came together with open minds and hearts to highlight gender diversity and Inclusivity in the trades sector and prioritize Indigenous women and 2SLGBTQ+ workshop speakers. The course was designed to help equip students with the confidence and skills to work in a male-dominated industry.
